In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sam leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Sam may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Chanthavong and Panh Chanthavong; his spouse Southa Sue Chantra; his children, Pon Lae Chapman (Nick) and Uten Chanthavong (Lindsey); and his grandchildren, Mileena, Jaden, Alyssa, Nickson, Landan and Leyton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Weigel Funeral Homes - Swanton (204 Chestnut St, Swanton, OH 43558). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
