He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Chase; his stepmother Gervis Chase; his grandparents, John, Mary Chase, Hilda Reed and Isaiah Kelley; his siblings, Ronald Chase and Algerine Harvey; and his niece Danielle McKnight.
He is survived by: his daughter Kennedy Nicole Chase; his father Ernest Chase; and his wife Annette Chase. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Episcopal Church. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the West Memory Gardens (6722 Hemple Rd, Moraine, OH 45418). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428). A burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the same location.
