He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton G. Mulvain and Ruth E Mulvain (Hibbett); his parents-in-law, Harold and Cletis Miller; and his great grandchild Tanner McEliece.
He is survived by: his wife Vickey S. Mulvaine (Miller); his children, Jason Mulvaine (Dawn) of Marion, Travis Mulvaine (Jenny) of Marion, Kimberly Mulvaine of Morral, OH, Kelly Mulvaine of Pomeroy, OH and Hanna Mulvaine of Morral, OH; his grandchildren, Charity McEliece (Codey), Israel Young (Kadee), Megan Mulvaine, Dalton Slavens, Brooklynn, Emily, Brandon and Hunter Mulvaine; his great grandchildren, Lexie, Garrett McEliece and Israel Young Jr.; and his sisters, Jockelyn Miley and Sharon Daly. He is also survived by 4 sister in laws; 1 brother in law; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marion Enterprise Baptist Church (130 Orton St, Marion, OH 43302). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025.
