We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Winnie Foster of Mount Gilead, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dayton Brandum and Catherine Brandum (McPeek); her husband Daniel E. Foster; and her sister Dorothy Landford. She is survived by : her children, Bret Foster of Mt. Gilead and Dawn Javens (Richard "Ric") of Galion; her granddaughter Danielle Ratliff of Mansfield; her great grandchildren, Shaylee Dawn, Shiyah Lynn, Shandi Michelle and Dominac Noah; and her brother Clayton Brandum of Cardington.
