Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carol Sue Swepston of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 87, on March 15, 2023. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Freddie Tarr and Roger Tarr; her husband Tom; her children, Tom, John and Anne; her grandchildren, Mazin, Layla Swepston, Aaliyah, Ashanti, Chanelle Swepston, Christina and Marcus Gregg; and her daughters-in-law, Latisha Swepston and Jennifer Kiewit. She was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.
