She is survived by: her daughter Tina Huggins (Mike) of Mount Vernon; her granddaughter Jessica Starling (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Anna and Ella; her siblings, Raymond Harper Jr. (Diane), Rick Harper (Bonnie) and Emma Conkle; her stepmother Eleanor Harper; and her sister-in-law Faye Harper (Dave Wolfe).
