She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Punches and Bessie Punches (Culp); her husband James P. Eitzman; her daughter Joy Eitzman; and her siblings, Charles Punches Jr., Donald Punches, Norma Crampton and Wanda Honingford.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Eitzman (Theresa), Gary Eitzman, Napoleon, Jeff Eitzman (Kristy) and Antwerp; and her sisters, Charlene Herge (Don), Defiance, Brenda Meyer (Carl) and Ottawa. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
