He is survived by : his wife Tammy Lewis (Grandstaff); his children, Brittany, Tiffany, Whittany, Skyler and Makena Lewis; his granddaughters, Jaycie Mooney, Rylee, Kynlee Dovenbarger, Peyton Lindgren and Karslynn Coles; and his brothers, James Lewis of Dresden, Joseph Lewis (Teresa) of Dresden and Jerry Lewis (Brandi) of Dresden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
