He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth E. Longshore and Viola "Pode" Longshore (Longfellow). He is survived by : his daughters, Jennifer Emde (Mark) of Nashport and Amy Strohl (Brad) of Newark, Ohio; his grandchildren, Reganne Emde, Kennadie Emde and Logan Strohl; his sisters, Mona Ridgway (John) of Frazeysburg and Lura Hayes of Winter Park, Florida.; and his close friend Bonnie Gieseler of Toboso, Ohio.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
