She is survived by : her husband Dale L. Holtz; her son-in-law Kevin Burtnett of Nashport; her sons, Heath (Haley Holtz) and Ryan (Carolyn Holtz); her grandchildren, Luke Burtnett, Madison Burtnett, Makena Burtnett, Sydney Holtz and Lily Holtz; her siblings, Carol Hanby of Nashport and Clarence Green (Rose) of Frazeysburg; her stepbrothers, Marvin Miller (Cindy) of Frazeysburg and Steve Miller (Beth) of Dresden; and her sister-in-law Diane Green.
