He was predeceased by : his parents, Spray Scott Wilson and Vivian Juanita Moore Wilson; his brother Wayne Wilson; his aunt Bessi Harlow; and his uncle Basil Wilson.

He is survived by : his wife Mette Bruun Wilson; his children, Edgar Wilson (Karen) of Cincinnati and Gloria Starcher of Zanesville; his stepchildren, Anne Marie Volansky (Joe) of Masontown, PA and Poul Lemasters (Shelby) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Shelley, Charlie, Damien, Anna Liese, Kirsten, Max and Chloe; his nephews, Douglas, Scott and Terry Wilson; and his close friend John Guns (Cathy) of Elkton, MD.
