He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Lippert and Mildred Lippert (Fishbaugh); his wife Lucy Lippert (Hindel); and his brother Raymond Lippert. He is survived by : his children, Marc Lippert (Cathy) of Hurricane, Douglas Lippert (Patti) of Bradenton, Florida and Brenda Lippert of Crofton, Maryland; and his stepchildren, Becky Wolford (Bill) of Frazeysburg, Mike Ashcraft (Carolyn) of Frazeysburg and Lou Ashcraft (Karen) of Perryton, Ohio.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; thirteen step great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
