She was predeceased by : her parents, Byron Bauer and Ruth Bauer (Steingass); her husband Eugene Cain; her sons, Andrew B. Cain of Fort Hood, TX and David Cain; and her siblings, Marge Lord, Nancy Augsburger, Jim Bauer and Dan Bauer.

She is survived by : her children, Jenee Seibert (Matt) and Douglas Cain (Janet) of Columbia, TN; and her siblings, Ann Osborn and Larry Bauer. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter.
