She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Emmet Harbeck and Elva Harbeck (Harker); and her husband Robert Farr. She is survived by: her children, Alan, Christine Farr of Minster, Thomas, Paula Farr of Troy Ohio, Gilbert and Amy Farr of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Patrick Farr, Elizabeth, Jared Metzger and Timothy Farr; her stepgrandchildren, Katie Noykos, Carrie, Bob Mendenhall, Kelli Noykos, Brian Pfaffenberger and Kurt Noykos; her great grandchild Gianna Marie Metzger; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Garrett Thomas Mendenhall and Maci Kay Mendenhall; her sister June Adams; and her sister-in-law Beverly Harbeck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (300 W Naples St, Wayland, NY 14572). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Joyce's memory to Grand Lake Hospice in St Marys, Ohio.
