She was predeceased by : her parents, J. Frederick Koch and Annabelle L. Koch (Hoeper). She is survived by : her husband Richard D. Howell; her sons, William Howell of Brooklyn and Thomas Howell (Jennifer) of New Bremen; her granddaughters, Mackenzie Howell, Allison Howell and Katie Howell; her siblings, Charles Koch (Jeanine) of California and Susan Kapcar (Dennis) of Delphos; and her sister-in-law Margene Howell of Beavercreek. She is also survived by her family and doting on her three granddaughters.
