He was predeceased by : his parents, Willis F. Quellhorst and Leta C. Quellhorst (Bertke); his spouse Rosann L. Stueve; his sister Gloria Goodwin; and his in-laws, Betty Quellhorst, Robert Stueve and Bernard Stueve.

He is survived by : his children, Susan Rindler (Robb Metzcar) of Celina, Theresa Quellhorst (Chris Hendrickson) of San Clemente and Steven Quellhorst (Marianne) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Brady Bruns (Kelvin), Holly Muhlenkamp (Grant), Nathan Rindler, Jack Quellhorst, Audrey, Anna and Greta Quellhorst; his stepgrandchildren, Avery and Ella Metzcar; his great grandchildren, Edison, Marlowe and Caden Bruns; his siblings, Lowell Quellhorst and Joyce Gilberg (John) of New Bremen; and his in-laws, Mary Stueve of Minster, JoAnn Stueve of Minster, Mary Ellen Fortman (Richard) of Minster and Marjorie Schwieterman (Tom) of Burkettsville.
