She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Brown; her husband Carl Kirby; her daughter Jody Anne; and her siblings, Rudy Brown and Camille Rebecca Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Rose (Karl); her grandchildren, Anthony, Anne and Andrew; and her siblings, Patricia Barnhart and Melvin Brown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In appreciation of their compassionate care, the family has asked for memorial contributions to be made in Christine's name to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
