It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Byron Collinsworth of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Collinsworth and Lois Collinsworth (Phipps); his brothers-in-law, Clayton Adams and Cleatis Howard; and his niece Vickie Collinsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Deanna, Leslie (DaVit), Kimberly and Gordon; and his siblings, Wandsfel Collinsworth (Jeanie), Faye Adams, Lenore Howard, Linda Barnhart (Dave), Bonnie Blair (Roger), Rheaetta Campbell (Bob) and Portia Blair (Steve). He is also survived by four granddaughters; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
