She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth; and her children, Debra and Steven. She is survived by: her children, Becky Burk (Ken), Pam Stapleton, Lori Brown (Tim) and Kenneth Jr. Stapleton (Renee); her grandchildren, Brian (Kim), Stephanie (Stephen), Jennifer (Jason), Melissa (Andrew), Matthew and Tawnna; and her great grandchild Luke.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
