She is survived by: her parent Mildred Highlander (Templeman); her children, Heidi Perry, Emily and Tony Mann; her grandchildren, Devin Perry, Mark and Abraham Dobson; her brother Larry Highlander; her sister-in-law Carol Weaver; and also Kathy Highlander. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
