She is survived by: her husband William Cook; her sister Carol Spencer of Moraine; and her sibling's children, Gregory Spencer, Jeffrey Spencer of Moraine, Douglas Hall of Virginia and Sherri Turner of Rhode Island. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
