Lewis, Jr. (Kate Gilliam) and Tina Lewis; his grandchildren, Aaron Frank, Brandon Lewis, Brent Lewis (Samantha), Codi Frank, Kassidy Lewis and Kaylee Crackle; and his great grandchild Haezel Lewis. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
