It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Blackstone (New Concord, Ohio), who passed away on July 12, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Riley Blackstone, Jr.; and her siblings, Valley, Dana, Edward, Golda, Phillip, Gaylord, Albert William and Laurel Rodney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Kackley (Gary) and Amy Loper (Will); her grandchildren, Ryan Kackley (Amanda) and Derek Kackley; her children, Zoey Kackley and Logan Kackley; and her siblings, Nancy Lucille, Evelyn and Donald. She is also survived by several sisters-in law, nieces and nephews.
The family deeply request that no flowers be sent, but rather donations be made to the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 17 N Liberty St, New Concord, OH 43762 or the Camp Echoing Hills, 36272 Co Rd 79, Warsaw, OH 43844.
