He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Revere; and his brothers, Charles, Arthur, Dick, Dan and Dave.
He is survived by: his parent Sylva Hayes; his wife Anna Hayes; his children, Benjie Hayes (Tina) of New Concord, Andy Hayes (Diane) of New Concord, Michael Hayes of New Concord and Chellie Jannin (Brian) of Jackson Missouri; his grandchildren, Joslyn Doll (Kyle), Adrey Czigans (Dusty), Nancy Walters (Nick), Sierra Hayes, Adam Hayes (Carlie), Rachel Jannin and Jared Jannin; his great grandchildren, Xander Czigans Hayes, Landyn Doll, Waylon Hayes, Beau Doll, Wyatt Hayes and Elliot Hayes; and his brother Samuel Hayes of Vermillion.
