He is survived by: his wife Shirley Barkley (Price); his children, Andrew Joseph Barkley, Shane Alan Barkley (Susannah) and Rebecca Anne Barkley; his granddaughter Abigail Strauss; and his siblings, Patricia Garwood, Peggy Gerhardt, David Barkley and Becky Radcliff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, close friends.
