He was predeceased by : his parents, Ben Blair and Maggie Blair (McKinney); his granddaughter Jennifer Blair; and his siblings, Joann Orth (Pauline Blair), Ernie and Bill Blair.

He is survived by : the mother of his children Carolyn Kooser (Jeff); his children, Angela Woods (Roy) and Jeff Blair (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Michael and Kirsten Blair; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Blair, Allissa Blair, Izabella Blair and Michael Blair; and his nieces and nephews, Karla Carroll, Randy, Rick Orth, Pauline Miller, Tim and John Blair.
