Phillabaum of New Lebanon, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Donna J. Phillabaum (Fleischman) and George B. "Pete" Phillabaum. He is survived by : his daughters, Candice Jacobs (Scott) and Ashley Schlereth (T. J.); his grandchildren, Gavin Jacobs, Cruze and Jozie Schlereth; his sister Kelly Shell (Mike); his niece Mindy Pate (John); his great-nephew Johnny; his niece Addy Pate; and his close friend Anna Marie "Riti" Stoeckicht.
