She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Rayburn and Ella Hopkins Rayburn; her daughter Juanita Payne; and her brothers, Charles Rayburn Jr. and Robert Rayburn.

She is survived by : her daughter Amy Vasquez of Heath; her grandchildren, Cameron, Josh Vasquez, Lance, Jeffery Rayburn, Brent Newlan, Marc, Michael and Matthew Payne; and her siblings, Harley Rayburn (Bonnie) of Greenfield and Ella Mosley of Hillsboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
