She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Phillips and Marilyn McCrosky Phillips. She is survived by : her husband Steven Cowgill; her sons, Trent Cowgill and Brett Cowgill; and her grandchildren, Riley Renee Cowgill, Conner Kirkpatrick, Marley Cowgill, Gabriel Cowgill and Scarlet Cowgill.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chute - Wiley Funeral Home (118 S Jackson St, New Lexington, OH 43764). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
