We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 50, Teresa Lynn Altman of New Lexington, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her daughter Holly T. Altman. She is survived by : her parents, Harold Hazlett and Thelma Hazlett (Simpson); her husband Velmer John Altman; her daughters, Jodi Altman (Dillon Braglin) and Tasha Rene Lowry; her stepdaughter Tonya Baxley (Shane); her sons, Jesse Altman and Chris Altman Velm Altman (Amanda Altman); her grandchildren, Payton Braglin (Peanut), Myles Braglin (Bird), Dominick Baxley, Gabriel Baxley, Daniel Miller, Vj Altman, Lucian Hizey, Abel Altman and Rea Altman; her siblings, Steve Hazlett (Valerie Chevalier) and Kimberly McCutcheon; her close friend Shelly Renick Doss; and her pet Gunner. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
