Barbara Ann Riedy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Riedy of New London, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly Wetten and David Wetten Sr.; and her daughter Charlene Riedy. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara; her husband David Riedy; her children, Brittany Westerfield (John Westerfield), Ashley Cornell (Kimmie McKenzie), Jordan Campbell, Callie Patton (Jeremy Patton) and Taylor Riedy (Rian Riedy); her siblings, David Wetten Jr. and Maria Diaz; and her grandchildren, Charlotte Westerfield, Addison Cornell, Keegan Cornell, Kaley Patton, Caenan Riedy, Abram Riedy, Corrine Riedy, Gabriella Riedy, Elijah Cross and Thorin Hicks.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastman Funeral Home (200 W Main St, New London, OH 44851). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a wonderful tribute would be donations in her name to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, thus Barbara can continue to inspire children to love reading.
