She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Thomas Billock; her parents, Phillip DiCiocco and Rosaria Segretti DiCiocco; and her sisters, Rosemary Clemente, Elaine Losiewicz, Gerry Miller, Betty Anne Hammond McLain and Dolores Newberry.
She is survived by : her children, Alvera Bell (David) of Boardman, Richard Billock (Ginny) of SanDiego, Raymond Billock (Kelly) of Wadsworth, Ronald Billock (Denise) of Jupiter, Mary Swick (Mitch) of Pataskala, Arlene Quirk (Dean) of Milford, Robert Billock (Jennifer) of Jacksonville Beach, Reginald Billock (Betsy) of Boardman and Ann Marie Hicks (Carl) of Medina; and her sisters, Cecelia Pesa Losiewicz of Parkland and Rita Berow (Danny) of The Villages, Florida.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mission of Love, St. Vincent DePaul of Youngstown Dining Hall, or Youngstown Cursillo in Alvera's memory.
