She is survived by: her husband David Sr.; her children, David Black Jr (Summer), Brandy Black (Kristopher Lipscomb) of New Middletown and Jessica Ricketts (Richard) of Columbiana; her siblings, Robert Macklin (Patti) of Columbiana, Larry Macklin of Leetonia and Colleen Heverly (Bill) of Leetonia; her grandchildren, Kameron, Jennifer, Nicole, Alec, Lacey, Kaylee, Dallas and Grace; and also Canfield.
