She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace A. and Lena M. Phillips Matthew; her husband Charles; and her sister Ernestine Mercer. She is survived by: her son Charles F. "Fred" Stelt III (Deanna) of Lordstown; her siblings, Milo Matthew (Barb) of Alliance and Dorothy Phillips of Alliance; her grandchildren, Jody Lynn Powell (Coty) of Lafayette and Kirsten Stelt of Lordstown; and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Makenna.
