He was predeceased by: his parents, Myer Siegel (Mike) and Virginia L. Siegel (Donofrio); his son James Siegel; and his sister June Yerian. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea (Sutphen); his daughters, Cynthia Guy (Robert) of Midlothian, TX, Christine Siegel (George Bouloukos) of Ferny Hills, Queensland and Jennifer Siegel of Columbus, OH; his brother Donald Siegel of Mt. Dora, FL; and his daughter-in-law Stacy Siegel of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
