She is survived by: her parent Philip Eugene Wallace; her husband Philip; her mother Beverly Mohn; her children, Jennifer Mathew (Ajith) of Poland, Philip Jr. (Niki) of New Springfield, Kevin (Lindsay) and Mark (Sarah); her grandchildren, Damon, Hailey, Alaina, Gavin, Ella, Layla, Nathan, Ryan, Genevieve and Henry; and her siblings, Philip Mohn, Bud Mohn, Wallace Mohn, Matthew Mohn, Liz Schupra, Barb Horton, Margaret McCoy and Mary Bader.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that material tributes may be made to the family who will make a donation to Christian Healthcare Ministries in Patricia's memory.
