He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Frank and Julia Simone (Carapellotti) of Steubenville, OH; his aunt Rosalind Ortega (John); his grandparents, Lloyd and Leona Millhorn; and his uncle Gary Millhorn of Wintersville, OH..
He is survived by : his parents, Paul T. and Shirley Simone Sr. (Millhorn); his brother Frank Simone; his nephew Frankie Simone; his siblings, Christine Simone of New Middletown, OH and David Simone (Cara) of Kimberling City, MO; his aunts, Angela Ferraro (Michael) of Bessemer, PA and Mona Millhorn-Krach (Gary) of Wintersville, OH.; and his uncle Michael Simone (Bonnie) of Bessemer, PA.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of donations to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
