He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Norman, Sr. and Mary J. Welz (Sabo); his wife Lorilei Welz (Davis); and his sister Margaret Barker. He is survived by : his children, Chester, William Welz, Mary and Elizabeth Welz of New Paris, OH; and his sisters, Julianne Egner of Eaton, OH and Kathy Richardson (Bill) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
