He is survived by : his father Ralph Jr. Silvers; his wife Kathryn Ann Silvers (Barth); his children, Patty Minner of New Paris and Jack Silvers, Jr. (Kerri) of Fountain City, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jarod Silvers (Emily), Connor Silvers (Grace), Marisa Wilson, Kayleigh Minner, Jagger Silvers, Rylee Minner and Larkin Minner; his great grandchildren, Easton, Charleigh and Logan Silvers; and his siblings, Joyce Van Winkle (Ray), Jill Spencer (Les), Bob Barth (Donna), Julie Rose, Rose Sbrocchi (Nick), Steve Barth (Monica), Tim Barth, Bill Barth (April), Terry Barth (Toni) and Mike Barth (April).
