She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Evans and Ora Myrtle Evans (Caulley); her husband Albert John Barzacchini; her daughter Phyllis Niederhelman; her stepfather John Glen Severt; her siblings, Charles Gilbert Evans, Dorothy Jones, Bessie Miller, Mary Drummond, William Evans and Ann Marie Walker; and her half-brothers, Daniel Eugene Severt, Robert Dale Severt and James Severt.

She is survived by : her children, Kathryn Barzacchini, Kenneth Barzacchini (Connie) and Michael Barzacchini (Susan); and her son-in-law Charles Niederhelman. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
