It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Neil Hoffman of New Paris, Ohio, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. (Kevin Smallwood); his grandchildren, Hayden Jones, Caiden Hollingsworth and Mason Cordle; and his cousin Jean Strickland.
