She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shultz and Naomi Shultz (Ferrell); her former husband Larry Myers; and her brothers, Jerry Shultz and Bill Shultz.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence W. Myers; her sons, Dr. Alan Myers (Heidi), D. S. of New Philadelphia and Brian Myers of Midvale; her grandsons, Eric Myers and Justin Myers; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Baker (Tom), Ed Myers (Marty), Jim Myers and Nelson Heavener. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
