He was predeceased by : his brother John Zadra. He is survived by : his sisters, Kathy Zadra of Wooster, Anna Taylor (Bill) of Texas, Elizabeth Zadra of Washington, Julia Scharon (Greg) of Kentucky and Therese Zadra of Arizona; his nephew Joey Zadra (Jeannette); and his nieces, Annie Carver (Dave), Johnna Winters (Kyle), Mehgan Rohr (Jacob) and Melissa Zadra.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's name to Ohio's Hospice Truman House.
