He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Gerald and Pauline Wortman (Goudy). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Stein; his sons, Jerry Wortman (Jane) of New Philadelphia and James P. Wortman of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Sara Wortman, Laura Wortman and Alex Wortman; and his siblings, Judy Horn, Sherrill Edwards and Tom Lappin (Joan).
