She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Luxbacher and Agnes Aitken Luxbacher; her husband George Carmack; and her sisters, Margie Ragano and Jayne Donati.

She is survived by : her children, Caryn Duckworth (Andy) of Louisville, OH and Tim Carmack (Lynne) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Caitlin Duckworth (Javier Lopez), Christian Duckworth (Claire), Joseph Duckworth (Alexandria Anastasopoulos), Dana Carmack (Cameron Snow) and Kiersten Carmack; and her great grandchildren, George and Lola Duckworth. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
