She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer L. Abel and Florence Warner Abel. She is survived by: her children, Eric Smitley of New Philadelphia and Phyllis Smitley of New Philadelphia; her granddaughter Kaitlyn Noviski; and her great grandchild Ashton Williams.
