It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Ann Fouts of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Newport, Ohio, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Clyde C. Fouts. She is survived by : her daughters, Taffy Fouts of New Philadelphia and Jerri Meek of Syracuse, Ohio.; her siblings, Bernice Cox, Ruth Morton, Leverda Starkey, Rosemary Page-Gutensohn and Raymond Ridgeway; her parents-in-law, Clyde and Lena Fouts; and her siblings-in-law, Frank, Norma Fouts, John, Maxine Fouts, Joe and Peg Fouts.
