She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Reiser and Marjorie Reiser; her husband James Allen "Jim" Gowan; and her sister Linda Parker. She is survived by: her children, Jay Gowan (Angie) of Chillicothe and Julie McCabe (Bryan) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Rachel Gowan, Dylan Gowan, Kyra VerHill (Wyatt), Sierra McCabe and Keyshawn Hodge; her siblings, Gene Reiser (Amy), Bill Reiser (Claujean Tan) and Joan Stoner (Eric); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Gowan (Elise) and Dr. Anne Gowan (Lowell Shira).
