She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl R. Johnson and Dorothy Mae Johnson (Murch); her brothers-in-law, Randy Hillyer and Richard Gallagher; and her brother Billy Johnson.

She is survived by : her husband Arthur J. Fondriest; her son Chad A. Fondriest; her grandsons, Logan, Evan and James Fondriest; her sister Lois Ann Willison; and her siblings-in-law, Marian, Joyce and Terry Willison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and Immaculate Conception Church.
