She was predeceased by: her daughter Deborah Ann Crockford; and her sister Joyce Crawford. She is survived by: her husband John E. "Jack" Crockford; her sons, Jon L. Crockford (Patricia Weeks) and Michael D. Crockford (Linnette) of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Stuart, Parker, Whitney, Christopher and Blaine; and her brother Jon Gustafson of Fort Meyers, FL. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
